Sorry me again... I have purchased the following apps from the store for 1 of my T.V's before purchasing for the other

When I restarted the system and went to Manual Update I was able to now get and install Command II & Signal but my other 3 purchases are no where to be found? Also wanted to add that I'm interested in having my Flip Flop app updated as my current app starts with player 1 having only 9 targets and player 2 having the same... I'd rather the 1 that has them both starting at 21
