Hi guys,

So I bought your 24 inch targeting monitor a few days ago from a local store in California. They only had a floor model in stock, so they had to give me a control box from another unit.

We didn't test if it was working in store and when I came back home, I discovered while the monitor itself works well, the control box doesn't work at all. I've tried a factory reset - didn't work.

Is there a way to fix this or do I need to return it to the store and get a replacement?
